For you, what does it mean to be a motorcyclist?
i;m passionate about motorcycling also a safe rider as i have two children on my bike.they love riding with me always so i cant really go fast.children safety first.To cut traffic time as i have to ride from mira rd to santacruz this is best of me being a motorcyclist in mumbai;s congested & bad roads
How has motorcycling changed you and your life?
As a kid i always wanted to have my own bike due to poverty i could not own one.At the age of 27 i owned one and changed my life;s dream
How would you justify the inherent dangers and risk involved in riding on motorcycles?
life is at danger everyday be it bike or any other means of travelling.There is uncertainty of life as you are on two wheels with one helmet to protect your skull and danger of harming your rest of the body.but i still feel safe on my bike always with gods hand by my side
Tell us briefly about your 2 most memorable life-incidents involving you as a motorcyclist?
The first incident was when i had just bought my bike went to visit my wife;s granny who was hospitalised. i was returning late after visiting her suddenly two boys in their teens rammed into me i just fell off.they came running to me & picked me up put me in a rickshaw very frightened.one of the boys picked my bike said sorry took the keys and dropped at home riding my bike. 2nd incident was my wife pregnant 4months,my son sitting in front 5yrs old v were returning from a friends christening party not vy late.After going over the speed breaker there was a hole dug ahead i lost control trying not to fall in the hole & suddenly i skid with my son down trying to sve my pegnant wife.with god;s grace my wife put her legs down and saved herself.My son went unhurt .I thank god for this miraculous escape
As a motorcyclist, how have you contributed to the society/brotherhood and plan to do so in the years to come?
As a motorcyclist i have always been helping people who are mostly stranded during monsoon.Due to heavy rains rickshaw guys refuse to take passengers so i try to help them by dropping to their destination.i;ve tiied to ride safely over 13yrs and have never hurt anyone so far and plan to do the same always
What are the best and the worst things about motorcycling in India?
The best thing is u can cut through the traffic due to bad roads in india and poor infrastructure and save time as the signals mostly dont function.The worst thing is bad roads during monsoon holes everywhere due to delayed projects by the engineers.V are at high risk of having slip disc and severe back problems
